-3. Orange Creamsicle Brownies

These rich and fudgy brownies are flavored with orange extract and topped with a dreamy cream cheese frosting. They're the perfect summer dessert!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

1 cup sugar / 1/2 teaspoon sucralose

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup orange juice

1 teaspoon orange extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

For the frosting:

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar or 1/2 teaspoon sucralose

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, dark chocolate chips and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, orange juice, and orange extract and mix well. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and mix until everything is evenly combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Using a serrated knife, cut into 12 squares. For the glaze, mix together the icing sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Dip each bar into the glaze and carefully turn onto a plate to let any excess glaze fall off. Notes: If you want to omit making your own marshmallow fluff (you totally should though), you can use 1 cup of store-bought marshmallow fluff instead for this recipe.

-4. Vegan Brownies

If you're vegan and looking for a delicious brownie recipe that doesn't use any animal products, look no further! This vegan brownie is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. The key to making good vegan brownies is to use high-quality chocolate chips. You can also use chocolate, but I find that the results are best when using chocolate chips.

Another important tip is to use a good non-dairy milk. Almond milk is preferred, but soy milk or coconut milk will also work well. Avoid using water, as it will make the brownies too dense.

Finally, be sure to brown the butter before adding it to the batter. This will give the brownies a rich flavor. Follow these tips and you'll end up with vegan brownies that are moist, fudgy, and utterly delicious!

Ingredients:

1 cup (250 ml) of almond milk

1 cup (200 grams) of sugar/ 1/2 teaspoon sucralose

3/4 cup (100 grams) of cocoa powder

1/2 cup (115 grams) of vegetable oil

2 tablespoons (30 ml) of vanilla extract

1 cup (140 grams) of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon (5 grams) of baking powder

1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) of salt

1 cup (180 grams) of dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond milk, sugar/sucralose, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved. Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until everything is well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

3. Bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean when inserted into the center of the brownies. Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
